The room rate includes transportation to and from the wedding venue. Shuttle
Shuttle From the Hotels to the Sanctuary

As mentioned above, if you book a room at the Inverness or Homewood Suites through our hotel block, transportation is included to and from the venue. If you do not book through the hotel block, there is complimentary valet parking at the venue. Ride share is not reliable from the venue back to the hotel. Shuttles will pick all guests up at 4:15 PM at the Inverness. The first shuttle will leave the venue at 9:30pm and drop off at both hotels. The final shuttle will pick up from the venue at 11pm and also drop off at both hotels.

Danny and Tyler met their freshman year of high school playing fall baseball. A friendship was immediately born, and through Danny, Tyler met Colin, Trent, and Matt! Danny was also instrumental in Rebecca and Tyler getting back together Fun fact: Rebecca and Tyler lived with Danny before moving in together

Kristin and Rebecca bonded over Disney while trying to wrangle twenty 6-year-olds at South City's summer camp in the summer of 2015. Fun Fact: Kristin is getting married as well on October 3, 2025!

Colin and Tyler bonded in high school over their mutual love for the San Francisco Giants. Ever since Colin moved back to Colorado from California in 2018, the two have reconnected and are known to share a cocktail every now and then Fun fact: Colin is the best bartender of our friend group

Morgan and Rebecca were roommates in Boulder for Junior and Senior years. Fun fact: Morgan's first conversation with Rebecca ended in - "Do you want to move in with me?!" I guess it was meant to be.

Jared and Tyler were roommates freshman of college at the University of Colorado. They became close friends during their time at school and spent nearly every weekend together playing beer pong and watching some sporting event Fun fact: Tyler and Jared went to rival high schools, but there are no hard feelings between the two

Christina was the very first person Rebecca met at freshman orientation in Boulder. Fun Fact: Almost every one of Rebecca's friends from CU were introduced to her by Christina!

Tyler and Trent bonded over baseball, outdoor activities like a failed hunting trip, and the famous Ihme Roadkill Party with the best wild game you can cook up. Fun fact: Tyler officiated Trent’s wedding in 2021
JD Bergesen

JD and Rebecca were forced to be friends while they were still in the womb (both their moms and dads are best friends). Good thing they like each other! Fun Fact: Rebecca's first word was J.D.!
Matt Mullen
Groomsman
Tyler and Matt met in high school and were on the same travel baseball team. They later lived together in Denver and spent most weekends bar hoping on Broadway or out on the Soda Lakes paddleboarding. Fun fact: Matt and Tyler both have cats

Similar to JD, Rob and Rebecca were forced be around each other - but they weren't forced to be the close cousins that they are today! Fun Fact: Rob and Rebecca used to dance a two-hand for Murphy Irish Dancing together!

PJ and Tyler played baseball together every summer during their high school years. PJ and Tyler both lived in Danny’s basement for a couple years where their friendship grew Fun Fact: PJ is a Rockies fan. Please send him all your condolences. It’s been a hard year

Rebecca and Kevin met freshman year at Boulder and were on the same dormitory floor but these days Kevin just crashes Kerrisk family trips and has become a fourth child to them. Fun Fact: Kevin was almost the ring bearer but got promoted!

Tyler and Kayla have shared a lot of memories together, whether it be summers on the lake or Thanksgiving with family. They’ve grown up together and have bonded over their collective trauma of being whipped around on the tube while boating Fun fact: Kayla is Tyler’s cousin

...Is that even a question?? We'll be extending or party at the Breckenridge Brewery located in the Inverness Hotel which stays open until 1am!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
YES! We love all of our littles and can't imagine this day without them. That being said, we have limited space in our reception area and any kids between 3-13 will be in a supervised kids room (with easy access to their parents). There are some exceptions to this so if you have any questions feel free to reach out!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We'd love to invite everyone, but our venue has a strict maximum guest count and we already have to put most of our kids attending into a kids room. If RSVP spots become available, we'll let you know but for now we can only fit the people listed on your invitation.

Is there transport to and from the hotel and the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! If you book the Inverness or Homewood Suites on at least the night of the wedding, you will have access to a shuttle to and from the wedding. Otherwise there is complimentary valet parking at the venue. Uber and Lyft are not reliable in the venue area and we do not recommend using them.
