Please aim to arrive at around 5 PM. Ceremony starts at 5:30 PM sharp.

How does parking/shuttle work?

Answer

If you plan to drive, please park at the parking lot at the ceremony site. After the ceremony, shuttles will take guests from the ceremony site to the reception site, and at the end of the reception, shuttles will take guests back to the parking lot. The run time for the shuttle service will start once the ceremony is finished and will end at 11:30pm in order to take the guests back to their vehicles at the ceremony site. The shuttle bus takes as many trips as necessary and will be stationed at the reception space after all guests have relocated from the ceremony site to the reception space in order to take guests back to their vehicles if they want to leave early.

Mild spring weather, with average highs around the mid 60s (°F) and lows in the upper 40s to low 50s. (Celsius: 10-19 °C) The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors. We would suggest bringing a coat for the outdoor ceremony if needed.
