Answer

As a reminder, shared, heated cabins are available at the campground and covered by the couple. If you'd prefer to stay at a hotel instead, there are multiple options, including the Comfort Inn & Suites Wilkes Barre - Arena and Quality Inn Arena, as well as in the Poconos.

When should I plan to arrive?

Answer

The reception will begin at 5 p.m. with drinks and passed appetizers promptly being served and a dinner buffet at 6 p.m. If you are staying overnight and want to arrive a little earlier to get settled, you may do so. That said, we will be getting married privately ahead of the reception, so we kindly ask that no one arrive earlier than 4 p.m. Drinks will not be served by our bartenders until 5 p.m.

Will there be transportation to the reception?

Answer

Depending on interest, we will likely provide transportation from the Park & Ride in Wilkes-Barre Township (Parking lot, Wilkes Barre Township Blvd, Wilkes-Barre Township, PA 18702). The shuttle will leave Wilkes-Barre Township at 4:15 p.m. so please arrive early. At the end of the night, the shuttle will depart at 10 p.m.
