The wedding is black-tie formal, so please dress to impress! Gentlemen, think tuxedos or black/dark suits with dark ties only. Ladies, think formal gowns, floor-length dresses, or 2-piece evening wear. Please see the ‘Dress Code’ section on this website for inspiration vision boards, hopefully you’ll see how we expect to bring our vision to life!
While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our celebration an adult-only event.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally named on the invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, this will appear when you RSVP.
The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please note once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted until the cocktail hour opens at 5pm. We appreciate your understanding and promptness!
Yes, all events during the day of our wedding will be held outdoors. We are hoping for warm and sunny weather in San Diego in early September! Ladies, please plan your shoes accordingly as most of the events will be on grass, so a thicker heel is recommended.
Please see the ‘Accommodations and Transportation’ section of our website where we provide information on the hotel room block we have reserved and the shuttle bus transportation to and from the hotel and venue. We encourage all of our guests (especially those who are drinking) to please consider booking a room and using our shuttle!
If you choose to stay at our selected hotel where we have a room block, there will be a complimentary shuttle service that will bring you to the wedding and return you to your hotel. If your room is not available for check in before the wedding, the hotel will still allow you to park your car until you return back from the wedding. If you choose to drive yourself, there will be a self-parking lot available at the venue. If you choose to Uber/Lyft, please keep in mind that our venue is located up towards the hills of Rancho Santa Fe in a private member’s only community, so requesting this service may be limited.
We kindly ask for no phones or cameras during the ceremony as we would love for everyone to be fully present. Please feel free to take all the photos and videos after the ceremony!
