What days should we plan to be in Vegas?

Answer

Our wedding will be on a Saturday, but we are hopeful that you can enjoy an extended weekend and recommend arriving in Vegas by Friday afternoon as we will be hosting a Welcome Party that evening at Durango Resort.

Where is the actual wedding located?

Answer

Our wedding venue has unexpectedly changed and the new location is Cascata Golf Club in Boulder City. The host hotel at Durango will remain the same with the welcome party on Friday. We will be providing bus transportation to/from the venue. If you are looking for a more affordable hotel you are welcome to stay anywhere you like.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

There will be transportation provided to/from Cascata (40min each way) from Durango Resort. Should you choose to stay somewhere close to Durango, you can utilize the shuttle bus. If you are staying elsewhere or on the strip, the venue is easily accessible by ride share and does have free guest parking. Taxis are readily available on the strip, but the venue has said taxis will not pickup from Cascata and you should use rideshare for your trip back.

What's the attire for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Black and White (mostly black) semi-formal/cocktail attire REQUIRED, see gallery for inspiration. The ceremony and dinner will be on the golf greens so you may want to rethink stilettos.
