We have booked a hotel block here under O'Brien-Fairbanks wedding. The hotel is 0.3 miles from the reception venue. 2 night stay is required. Book by June 18, 2026 to receive the discounted rate of $269/night. **Please note that if you book via the Marriott app you will see the incorrect room rate ($317). It should correct itself on the final checkout page, but you may find it easier to book via a browser or by calling the hotel**

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

There will be a shuttle bus leaving the hotel at 1:45pm for all guests. Parking is limited at Rosy Mound, so please plan to take the shuttle bus with the group in order to ensure your presence at the ceremony!

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail, garden, or semi-formal attire. What is most important is that you dress for your comfort. The ceremony will include a 5-7 minute walk down a park trail (and back). Consider the outdoor setting and footwear when selecting your attire.
