Wedding

The dress code for our wedding is semiformal/cocktail attire. Think cocktails dresses, tea length dresses, a suit and tie, a sports coat, dress shirt. etc. Please no jeans/denim.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm
There will be a Cocktail Hour immediately after the ceremony. Special request by the Father of the Bride, we hope you enjoy some pretzel bites with your fav drink to kick off the festivities!
Dinner
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
A toast to the newlyweds! After speeches, salad will be served before a buffet-style dinner including Roasted Bourbon Chicken as the main entree with Slow Roasted Beef Top Round as an optional carved meat. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Did Someone Say S'Moores?
8:30 pm
S'mores with The Moore's! Bring your grass-proof heels, ladies. We'll have s'mores supplies for an extra sweet treat to enjoy with the bonfires!
After Party
11:00 pm

To make things easier with the distance and limited Uber options from Augusta, we’ve arranged a few 15-passenger vans for transportation. Pickups will begin at 3:45 PM from Helen Fitzgerald’s in Sunset Hills, with the final van leaving promptly at 4:00 PM. Return trips will depart Sunflower Hill Farm at 11:00 PM, with drop-off back at Helen Fitzgerald’s—perfect if you want to keep the party going! Please let the bride or groom know if you plan to use this service by including the confirmation in your RSVP so we can make sure we have enough space.

Transportation
Answer
The bride and groom are providing transportation options to make sure everyone can enjoy the celebration to the fullest and get home safe! Three 15-passenger vans will be available to guests. Departures from Helen Fitzgerald’s in Sunset Hills will start at 3:45 with the last van leaving at 4pm. Vans will depart from Sunflower Hill Farm at 11pm. We ask that you please let the bride or groom know if you intend to use these services so we can plan accordingly.

There is a small parking lot at the entry of the property. We will have golf carts available to transport guests up the property to the ceremony location.
