Me and my sister Adrienne, were regulars at the Thistledown Racino - Slush bar, which opened in 2013. We would go practically every Friday night, as a way to get out and people watch. On Friday October 13, 2017, this dude came up and asked me to dance, and I said not right now, cause I rarely danced when I went out. I was there to people watch with my sister. So this dude came back and asked again, and I said yes this time. While we were dancing, as I looked at him, he looked familiar to me, and I asked him his name. He told me it was Ronald Pritchard, and I asked him if he knew my sister Kim, and he said no, then I said, oh yeah, she went by Sharon in high school. They graduated the same year, 2 years before me. So we probably passed each other in the hallway in high school, but didn't have any interactions. Until that Friday night at the Racino. I never gave anyone my phone number all those years I had been going, he was the first guy I gave my number to. He told me if it wasn't the real number don't give it to him. I told him, I just wouldn't give it to him, I wouldn't lie about it. So he said okay. He also told me his daughter was expecting a baby any day now. But I didn't really pay much attention to that. So I didn't hear from him all weekend. So I called him Monday morning, because he mentioned he worked 3rd shift, so I called him when he get off of work. He told me his grandson was born that Sunday. We started talking everyday after that. Our first official date was at the Steak and Shake on Warrensville Ctr. Rd. in Cleveland Heights. We then walked up and down Coventry window shopping and going into the various stores. We had a good time hanging out and talking, and we've been together ever since.
