We will be having the ceremony outside if the weather holds out, so dress weather appropriate!
We will have the ceremony starting at 5:30, followed by cocktail hour immediately after and reception from 7:00-11:00PM. Please arrive by 5:00 to get seated prior to the start of the ceremony. There is a room block at the Phelps hotel across the street for any out of town guests! We will have food stations so we will be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions and have something for everybody!

When Should I RSVP by?

What Time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM so we ask that guests arrive by 5:00 PM so that everyone can get seated prior.

Nope! This will be an outdoor/tent wedding so cocktail attire is recommended but not necessary!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
The hotel where there is a room block (Phelps), is directly across the street from the ceremony and reception. There will be valet parking at the museum and cars will be parked in the parking garage underneath.

There will be valet parking for the ceremony and reception provided by the Taft Museum.
