These rooms are held for Thursday, September 25 – Saturday, September 27, 2025, and once they're gone, they're gone—so we recommend booking as soon as possible to lock in the group rate! Shuttle
Shuttle From the Hilton Hotel to the Wedding Venue

To make your evening as easy and enjoyable as possible, we’re providing a complimentary shuttle for our wedding guests. Pickup: The shuttle will depart from the Hilton Hotel to the venue before the ceremony. Return: The shuttle will bring guests back to the Hilton Hotel after the wedding. Schedule: •Trip 1: - Depart Hilton 3:10 PM > Venue 3:40 PM • Trip 2 - Depart Venue 9:30 PM > Hilton 10 PM • Trip 3- Depart Venue 10:30PM > Hilton 11 PM • Trip 4 - Reserved for family & wedding party We strongly encourage guests to use the shuttle, especially if you plan to enjoy a few drinks, we want everyone to celebrate safely! If you choose to drive to the venue and take the shuttle back, you’re welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight in the back of the parking lot—just be sure to pick it up by 12 PM the next day.

When Should I Rsvp?
Answer
We’d love to hear from you as soon as possible to help us in our planning process! To ensure we can finalize details with our vendors, please RSVP by July 25th. After this date, we will assume you cannot attend and you will be marked as ‘not attending.’ Your prompt response will help us make sure everything is perfect for our special day. Thank you!

Are Children Allowed At The Wedding?

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! As we are planning an intimate celebration, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only event. While we adore your little ones, we hope you understand and can join us for this grown-up occasion. We hope this advanced notice means you’re still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

To ensure we can accommodate all guest comfortably within the venue’s capacity, we ask that only invited guest attend our wedding festivities. You’ll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation.

What Should I Wear?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail attire to help create the elegant and earthy atmosphere we’re dreaming of on our special day. For reference: Men: Dress pants with a button-down or polo are perfectly fine. A suit or tuxedo is also great, but not required. A tie or bow tie is encouraged, but optional. Women: Cocktail dresses, evening gowns, or dressy jumpsuits are all wonderful choices. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception—so we recommend keeping the weather in mind when planning your outfit. While not required, we’d love for you to take inspiration from our wedding color palette: variations of greens, neutrals, and fun florals.
