Everyone is welcome to stay on campus with us for the weekend! Tent campers will be on the same big, grassy lawn as the ceremony & reception. Car campers will be a short walk from the main event. Bathrooms (toilets only, no showers) will be available for all campers.

🚗 GETTING AROUND IN LANDER We recommend having a car to get between our venue at the Alpine Science Institute, downtown, and the surrounding area (hiking trails, rock climbing, mountain biking trails, fishing, etc). 🚙 TRAVEL TO LANDER BY CAR From Jackson, WY: 3 hours From Denver, CO: ~5.5 hours From Salt Lake City, UT: ~4.5 hours ✈️ TRAVEL TO LANDER BY PLANE — Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) — in Jackson, WY - 3 hour drive to Lander. Rental cars are available but do book quickly, so please make your reservation early. — The Central Wyoming Regional Airport - Riverton Airport (RIW) — in Riverton, WY. Note: this is a small, regional airport with limited flights in and out. Rental cars are available but do book quickly, so please make your reservation early.

All of the weekend's events will be held on the Alpine Science Institute campus. 📍LOCATION Central Wyoming College Alpine Science Institute 44 Central Wyoming College Way Lander, WY 82520 🚙 GETTING HERE From Lander, drive about 5.4 miles south on State Highway 131. Turn left onto Central Wyoming College Way. Parking is available at a lot on the left, before the bridge. Carpooling is appreciated to ensure we have space for everyone. 🏔️ WYOMING WEATHER We will be outside! Rain or shine! Please dress for appropriately for the weather and consider bringing extra layers.

⛺️ CAMPING — Camping at the ASI Campus — Tent camping on the Alpine Science Institute campus lawn or car camping (no RVs or trailers) in the campus parking lot. Bathrooms (toilets only, no showers) will be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. — Camping is also available at — Sinks Canyon State Park 3079 Sinks Canyon Rd. Lander, WY 82520 Tent, vehicle, camper/RV, and yurt camping options. Reserve your site online before arriving. Sinks Canyon Campground (Forest Service) From Lander, go about 8.5 miles south on State Highway 131. Drive past the Sinks Canyon State Park campground. The Forest Service campground is on the left as you're driving up the canyon. Tent, vehicle, camper/RV camping options. All sites are first-come first-serve. — 🏠 HOUSE RENTALS * This is a good option if you want a shower and a bed :) There are many beautiful 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes for rent via the Air BnB and VRBO websites. Lander is small, so you'll likely be close to the venue no matter where you end up. All of the weekend's events will be outside on the grassy lawn, rain or shine. Please dress to be comfortable in the weather and consider bringing extra layers or a change of outfit. ⭐️ For the Welcome Party on Friday, please feel free to wear whatever you’d like! For real :) ⭐️ For the Ceremony, Dinner, and Dancing on Saturday: We suggest pants and a nice or fun button-down shirt. Jackets are totally optional. Dresses, skirts, jumpsuits. Outfit changes and/or costumes for dancing & late night! We’ll be outside on a flat, mostly grassy lawn. Please wear shoes you’re comfortable in. (They might get dirty) Jackets and extra layers: we’ll be outside, rain or shine. Please bring warmer layers for the evening after the sun goes down.
Yes! There's a parking lot on the left as you drive into campus via Central Wyoming College Way. If you drive over a bridge, you've gone too far. Please park in the lot and walk over the bridge onto campus. Please consider carpooling if you can!
Of course! We love your fur and human babes. For doggos, please plan to keep an eye on your own pup and watch how they’re interacting with people, kids, and other dogs. We may have you keep them on a leash or in cars if needed.
