While they don’t accept reservations, you can add your name to the list and the wait is usually under 30 minutes. Please note, Cancun is in Eastern Time Zone.

Please arrive at the elevators at 4:00 PM to head up to the Sky Gazebo. Since there is only one elevator available for all guests, it will take time for everyone to get up to the rooftop. Please note, Cancun is in Eastern Time Zone.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages along with light hors d’oeuvres will be served on the rooftop before dinner.

A Mexican buffet will be served, with dancing to follow.

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
Guests are asked to arrive at the elevators by 4:00 PM to access the Sky Gazebo. As there is only one elevator, everyone will need to use it to reach the rooftop. The space is stunning, and arriving a bit early will give you a chance to enjoy it while you wait!

What should I wear?
Answer
We’d love for our guests to dress in colorful formal cocktail attire! Please avoid denim, shorts, hawaiian shirts and white. Check out the ‘What to Wear’ section for inspiration photos and more details.

What if I have a dietary restriction or food allergy?

Our buffet-style dinner allows guests to select their preferred dishes. Kindly note any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can accommodate them.

We’ve hired an incredible team to professionally capture our day! To help everyone be fully present, we kindly ask that you keep your phones away and on silent during the ceremony.

How will I coordinate meals during my stay?
Answer
There are 10 restaurants to choose from. They don’t take reservations, but during our site visit in January we found it easy to walk in for lunch. For dinner, we put our names in, enjoyed a drink, and were seated in under 30 minutes. There is also a nightly taco and crepe station at 7pm until midnight.
