Let's Get Ready To Party!

Kayla was a young, naive college student thinking she could cruise through all science classes like in high school. She did great in all of her classes and was on top of the world when she entered general chemistry. Bright eyed and bushy tailed she believed this would be a breeze. Failed quiz after failed test she realized she couldn’t do this by herself. She searched the chemistry department high and low for help when she came across a chemistry graduate student that tutored for extra money on the side (broke grad student problems). This was the one and only JAREC. After the year of tutoring (gen chem 2 was hard as well) Jarec reached out to Kayla to ask if she liked country music. Turns out Kayla was a huge fan and Jarec invited Kayla to Bangor, ME to see zac brown band. After a “trial date” of mini golf to make sure they would survive the 3 hour car ride, the first dates were a success. 6 years, 2 dogs, 4 cats, many small animals, many apartments, a house and an engagement later….
