While we love who you love, please be mindful of the name(s) addressed on the Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations. And, we kindly request that this remain an adults only wedding.

What is the Wedding attire?

Answer

Formal, aka Black-Tie optional; suits for gentlemen & mid to long dresses for ladies. Neutral colors preferred (black, navy, tans, etc.)!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outside overlooking the golf course, and the Reception will be inside!

Will transportation to and from the wedding be provided?

Answer

Yes; we will have two charter buses picking guests up from the Marriott Denver Tech Center (arriving at 3:30) departing at 4pm, to the venue. They will also pick us up at The Oaks, for an 11pm departure (and provide an earlier 9:30pm departure), back to the hotel.

Do you have a hotel room block?

We do! Please book at the Marriott Denver Tech Center, through our unique room block link - https://book.passkey.com/go/KatzPierceWeddingOct2024 We have the block for both Thursday (Oct 24) and Friday (Oct 25), but the hotel is prepared to accommodate guests who would like to arrive earlier or stay later!

When should I fly in & fly out?

Answer

Our wedding is Friday, October 25th, therefore we recommend you fly into Denver Thursday, October 24th - ideally, in time for the Welcome Party at 7pm. Feel free to take advantage of your weekend in Denver; the hotel is centrally located to Downtown and The Rocky Mountains!
