We have rented all single and couple cabins, as well as the two duplexes and some camper/RV spots. If you are planning to stay overnight at the venue, please contact either Katlynd or Troy to see what accommodations are available.

Historic Hotel Nichols
If you would feel more comfortable in a hotel setting, the owner's of Kal-Haven outpost have a sister property in downtown South Haven, Michigan. Hotel Nichols is a boutique-style hotel located in the heart of South Haven's historical Maritime District, about 10 minutes from the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Due to the limited number of individuals we would be able to accomodate, please do not bring any additional guests than what is outlined on your invitation.

To allow guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for understanding!

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know. We will do our best to accomodate and provide various options for everyone!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

For inquries regarding the Bridal Shower, please contact Lindsey Bard, Stacey Gill, or Debbi Lane. For the wedding weekend, we have reserved all cabins at Kal-Haven Outpost beginning on Friday, September 19th, 2025. Check out will be on Sunday, September 21st, 2025. We would love for all of our guests to be able to spend the entire weekend celebrating, but understand that everyone's schedules may not allow that. If you are able to spend the weekend, great! If you are only able to attend the ceremony and/or reception on Saturday, September 20th, also great! We appreciate any time you are available to attend, and will celebrate accordingly!
