This event is summery cocktail attire! With the lovely mix of wildflowers everywhere, there's no color that won't fit! The wedding party ladies will be wearing chocolate brown dresses with the groomsmen in light tan suits. Necessary locations on the property are paved, so feel free to wear your highest stilettos!
There is a shuttle service picking up at every hotel between 3:00 and 4:00pm. Hotel pick up order: Hampton Inn, Best Western, then the Microtel. 1st pick up time is 3pm 2nd pick up time is 3:30pm 3rd (and last) pick up time is 4pm • 3:30 - 4:30pm: Pre-Ceremony Cocktails - Drinks and a lounge area will be available for all our guests before the ceremony. • 4:30 - 5:00pm: Ceremony – yes, you can keep your pre-ceremony drinks with you during the ceremony! We honestly prefer it! • 5:00 - 10:00pm: Reception - Get ready to dance your heart out!

Please join us at our favorite local dive bar after the ceremony! Transportation from the wedding to the after party will be provided, and the Silverbird is within walking distance of the Microtel and The Best Western! There will be hot pizza and wings for everyone who joins us! Plus, one of our favorite local DJs 🎶 This is a loose RSVP. If you RSVP yes and end up not coming to the after party, that's okay! We just need a relative headcount for food :)

🚌🚌Please join us Saturday afternoon for a day of brewery/winery hopping! The bus will arrive at the Hampton Inn Hotel parking lot around 11:00 am to pick everyone up that would like to ride the bus. When should I RSVP by?

ASAP!! The sooner you RSVP the better! Actual due date is June 20, 2025.

While we love our kiddos, we politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. We thank you in advance for understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! Once I have more information regarding the time the shuttles will begin picking up, I will post it here. As of right now, I know the first drop off time will be at 3:30 pm as that is the time the pre-ceremony drinks begin. The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm so you do the math!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! If you choose to drive, you may park in the venue parking lot. However, there is limited parking, so we recommend using the shuttle service, if possible.
