What time should I arrive at?

The ceremony will being promptly at 3:45pm, we recommend you arrive by 3:15pm to secure on site parking and to ensure you are seated on time.

Is there parking / transportation

Answer

There is parking on site for up to 200 spots and a short walk into the grassy venue. To ensure you arrive home safely we have arranged a shuttle service starting in the evening for private residences and certain hotels in the Cowichan Valley, the final shuttle will be going to Four Points By Sheraton, Victoria Gateway in Langford. Unfortunately, the shuttle service does not go past Duncan or past Langford so additional taxi services may be required.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Our wedding will have a smart casual dress code. We invite you to dress comfortably while keeping it polished. For gentleman this typically means dress pants or tailored shorts, no jeans. For the ladies, the celebration will be held on grass, so we recommend practical shoes for softer ground.

Is there an open bar?

During cocktail hour enjoy our complimentary 'his and her' signature drinks. Dinner wine will be provided and during the reception there will be a Toonie Bar CASH ONLY. Please note, there is NO ATM on-site.

Can I bring a plus one/ children?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. While we adore all the kiddos in our lives, we have opted for an adult only celebration to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the festivities, and for safety reasons due to multiple creeks and ponds on site. We hope you understand our decision, and we look forward to celebrating this special day with you.
