Eleven years ago, in the halls of San Jose State, fate brought us together. Johnny has always been kind and considerate, he would walk me to class with a smile, even though his next class was across campus which meant he would have to run to make it on time. It was the small gestures that left the biggest impressions – he would often surprise me with a rose and a Strawberry Wild from Jamba Juice, brightening my day in the sweetest way. Little did we know that those seemingly insignificant moments would mark the beginning of a beautiful journey that would last a lifetime.

Amidst the beautiful golden Hawaiian sunset, on the third day of our trip, Johnny planned a moment that would forever change our lives. As we stood together on the balcony, overlooking the breathtaking beauty of the ocean, time seemed to stand still. With nervous excitement in his eyes, he took my hand and poured out his heart, expressing his love and commitment to a future together. And then, with trembling hands, he pulled out a small box, revealing a sparkly shiny ring! Overwhelmed with joy, I said yes! Hawaii's paradise had witnessed the beginning of our forever!
