We have a room block at the Holiday Inn Express in Merrimack, NH which is a 13 minute drive to the venue. To get the discounted rate, either call the hotel and book under the O'Donnell Rivera Wedding block. Or book online right from our website. Below, click view, enter in 1/2 - 1/3 for your dates and rooms with the discounted rate will populate. You will see a note saying O'Donnell Rivera Wedding. Guests have until December 2nd to book their discounted rooms. After that date, any open rooms from our block will no longer be held/guaranteed and you will lose the discounted rate. A shuttle will be provided to LaBelle Winery and back to the hotel after the reception. The shuttle will arrive to pick up guests at the Holiday Inn at 4:15pm and will depart from the hotel at 4:30pm sharp. This shuttle will not wait for anyone running behind so please be on time. Guests will be picked up from LaBelle after the reception at 10:30pm sharp and will be brought back to the Holiday Inn.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we are having an adults-only wedding. The only kids that will be present are the ones in our wedding party and immediate family.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is a limit on the guests we can invite, and we may not be able to accomodate a plus one for everyone. If your invitation or save the date indicates “and guest” you may bring a guest with you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: We suggest guests wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and dress pants, cocktail or knee-length dress, floor-length dress, dressy jumpsuit, or dressy separates. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5pm sharp! However, the bar will open 30 minutes before the ceremony starts, so please feel free to come early and grab a drink beforehand!
