Our Story
Kadin & Katee met online in February 2020 and had their first date in March at the Marcus Theaters in Cape Girardeau. “I’m a yapper so I wanted to go bowling with Kadin instead of the movies but we pulled into the parking lot and it was so busy we decided a movie would be better, after our first date we hit it off and continued to go on dates” Kadin asked Katee to be his girlfriend on April 12th, 2020 on Easter Sunday. “Our love has grown so strong over the years and we seek to center our relationship around Jesus, only making us stronger” “The past 4 years we have lived so much life through our college experience, different jobs, and uniting our families to one. We wouldn’t want to experience life with anyone other than each other. we are so blessed and grateful for our relationship! We’re looking forward to celebrating our Love and future together.”

Kadin & Gage met in 6th grade in Ms. Sitzes class. They have been great friends ever since and shared countless memories together. Some of their best memories come from sharing the football field together to watching and talking about sports. These two never fail to have a good time. “One of my all time favorite moments with Gage is rodeo 2022 and you just had to be there, I’m grateful for our friendship & honored to have Gage as my best man on my big day”

Katee & Gracie met in Junior high through cheerleading and have been best friends ever since. “My favorite memory with Gracie is on the bus ride to an away game we both realized we forgot spandex and thought we would have to cheer in our underwear, our moms ended up buying us Spanx. I truly believe everyone needs a Gracie in their life she’s such a true friend who cares about every single person she interacts with, she has inspired me to grow in my faith and for that I’m forever grateful for her”

Kadin & Payton met on a baseball field when they were 6 years old. They’ve shared countless memories together such as winning a state, regional, and district title. “My favorite memory with Payton is going to many Cardinal games over the years.”

Katee & Lexie met in junior high when they cheered together and over the years they have built a friendship to last. “My favorite memory with Lexie is on my 17th birthday when she dropped her phone in my pool and had to get a completely new one, we still laugh about it till this day. One thing about Lexie is she is always on time and it’s my favorite thing because we get to chat, laugh, and maybe pregame a little too hard before others arrive. Lexie is a loyal friend and overall an amazing person I can’t wait to have her there on the big day”

Kadin & Layton met 4 years ago at a friend gathering and that was the start of their bromance. Over the past years they have shared hilarious unforgettable memories. “My favorite moments with Layton is every time we split a 30 rack and a get a little rowdy, I’m so happy to have Layton be there by my side on such an important day”

Katee & Bella met years ago when they were little girls in Bible school at the Jackson First presbyterian Church & have been friends ever since. They cheered together at Athletes plus & Jackson cheer through the years. “My favorite memory with Bella is visiting her in the hospital after she gave birth to baby Talon, it was such a sweet moment to watch her become a mother, I’m thrilled to have her be apart of my wedding”

Kadin & Wes have known each other since birth as they are first cousins. They have many memories stemming from family gatherings and growing up together. “My favorite memory with Wes is all the games of horse played as kids, Wes has always been there for me as we’ve grown through the years and I’m pumped for him to be there on the big day.”

Katee & Tallis met in high school when Tallis joined the Jackson cheerleading squad, over the years they have bonded and formed an amazing friendship. “My favorite memory with Tallis is when Kadin and I went to Columbia, for the LSU x Mizzou football game and we dominated at flip cup. Tallis is someone who truly loves with her whole heart, she has the best advice and i’m so excited to have her there on the big day”

Kadin & Spencer met in youth group several years ago. Since then they’ve spent countless hours together with Spencer becoming a big brother to Kadin. They both enjoy spending time at the shooting range. “My favorite memory with Spencer is the many hours spent playing Call of Duty and drinking screwdrivers”
Brielle Blackman

Katee & Brielle met in 5th grade at West Lane Elementary! Growing up they did cheerleading together starting in Junior High all the way through High School. They share the same passion for Cosmetology and are both Hairstylists. “My favorite memory with Brielle is in junior high tumbling in front of the football boys trying to impress them and face planting, Brielle never fails to make me laugh and I cherish our friendship! I can’t wait for her to stand next to me on my big day”
Haedyn Hull

Kadin & Haedyn met when Katee and Kadin began dating back in 2020. Haedyn is Katee’s youngest brother. Over the years Haedyn and Kadin have become brothers of their own sharing many family gatherings together and making memories. “My favorite memory with Haedyn is when he drove us on the boat at the lake and we ALMOST flooded it”

Katee & Delsie met in 2023 when Haedyn and Delsie started dating she’s been a little sister to Katee and they have made some fond memories together. “My favorite memory with Delsie is getting to do her hair and makeup for her junior prom and taking their pictures. I’m so happy that I’ve grown so close to her and she’s become my little sister”

Kadin & Hunter met in 2020 when Kadin & Katee began dating. Hunter is Katee’s older brother and now a brother to Kadin. “My favorite memories with Hunter are all the family gatherings we share together and the jokes he makes about Katee, we’re both excited to have you join us on the big day”

Katee & Delaney met in 2017 when Delaney started dating Hunter, Katee’s older brother. Over the years these two have had ups and downs like sisters do but they wouldn’t change it for the world. “My favorite memory with Delaney is when she comes over and shops in my closet it’s such a fun sister moment for us and I’m so excited to have her there with me on my big day”

What time should I arrive?

15 to 20 minutes before 5pm. This will ensure that you will have plenty of time to park, sign the guest book and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

There is onsite parking in the gravel lot and a sign by the road showing you where to turn into the lot.

Are there any colors I should avoid?
Answer
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams. Note: the bridesmaids will be wearing emerald green dresses.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an “Unplugged” ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guest that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself.

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to celebrate!
