Maid of Honor

Daughter of Kate - Mallory is 17 years old, entering her senior year of high school at Delaware Hayes, earning her STNA certificate in May of 2025, studying nursing and plans to attend The Ohio State University in the fall of 2026. Mallory recently got her first hospital position with Ohio Health in the ER. She continues to thrive and drive herself as a rising star in the medical field. Mallory is a free soul, loves being with her friends & family, always striving for the next challenging step to be her best. Very proud and honored she is not only my daughter but to have her as my maid of honor and best friend!

Maxwell Taylor

Man of Honor

Son of Kate - Maxwell is 13 years old, entering his 8th grade year at Tiffin Middle School. He excels at football and track, challenging himself to be the best athlete and student he can be. Max is a dictionary, when it comes to pro and college teams in various sports and has expressed interest in business as a one day career and passion. Max goes far beyond, making us proud daily for the person, attitude and maturity he shows to his family, peers, and siblings. Max enjoys hanging with friends and of course never missing a game for his favorite teams. Very excited and honored to have him escort me down the aisle for this wonderful event as my baby boy, Man of Honor and friend!

Colt Schmidbauer

Best Man

Son of Michael - Colt is 7 years old, entering his 2nd-grade year at Mohawk Schools. He is a new lover of soccer, a dictionary when it comes to dinosaur facts, and is a friend to anyone. Colt keeps us laughing daily with his outlook on life and fun loving attitude. We have no doubts that he will grow up with several aspirations, but currently his tablet and legos are his favorite activities, followed shortly by anything that deals with swimming or being near water. Michael is honored to have his son by his side to support him marrying "Ewww", a nickname Kate was given when Colt was being playful on a phone call and not saying her name, but instead calling her Ewww as we all chuckled. It has still stuck to this day.

Larry Schmidbauer

Father of Michael - Larry was chosen to marry us for both living and encouraging the best blessing of life that we not only admire but also cherish: family. Larry is father of three, papa to ten, has been married to his wife Alison for over 45 years and has loved and supported our blended family from day one. Larry enjoys a good round of golf, Tigers baseball, Packers football but most of all being surrounded by his wife, children, and grandchildren. We are excited for "Dr. Larry" to retire soon from his Audiology practice to be around us more. We are more than honored and blessed to have him witness and unite us together as one!
