Semi-Formal: Men are kindly asked to wear a suit or dress pants with a dress shirt, while women are welcome to wear gowns or cocktail dresses.
We kindly ask our female guests to refrain from wearing white or off-white. Your support means so much to us, and we’re grateful for everyone joining in the celebration with style and love.

While we will not be serving a traditional supper, hot appetizers will be passed around throughout the evening, and a late-night lunch will also be provided to keep everyone energized for the celebration. There will be an open bar. A honeymoon fund jar will also be available for anyone who wishes to contribute. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to share this special day with you!

Guests can book their stay at Days Inn & Suites Brandon by calling and requesting a room under the “Bjarnason Wedding” block to receive the special wedding rates. We have 35 rooms reserved for August 2, 2026, with standard rooms available at $169 plus tax and suites at $189 plus tax. Please book by July 2, 2026 to receive the discounted price. Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue from this hotel, so please be sure to mention the wedding name when booking to secure these discounted prices.
Shuttle

A 56-passenger bus will be available to shuttle guests to and from the wedding venue. Departure from Days Inn & Suites Brandon: 6:00 PM Return shuttles from the venue: TBA Note: 15 of the seats on the last shuttle will be reserved for the bridal party. Guests staying at the hotel are encouraged to use the provided transportation for convenience and safety.
