You'll find the Wedding Gazebo just east of the campsites, near the pond. If you're camping, it may be a bit of a walk from your site—consider driving to the day-use parking lot if that's easier. For guests joining just for the day, head straight to the day-use parking lot. Please be present with us - kindly turn off all phones and cameras during the ceremony. Please Note: 1. Once you drive past the day-use kiosk, drive to the far east end of the parking lot, near the playground. This is the closest parking to the Wedding Gazebo and makes for an easy walk to the ceremony site. 2. There’s a $5 fee for day-use parking: cash only at the kiosk, or prepay online at https://hotspotparking.us/PermitPortal/purchase/30 3. The day-use area closes at 6:30 PM, and all vehicles must exit the lot by then.
Cocktail Hour
11:30 am - 12:00 pm
After the "I dos," it's time to sip, mingle, and soak in the views! While our photographer captures some post-ceremony moments, guests can grab a drink, chat, and and enjoy some light bites.
Let's Eat!
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Tacos, anyone? Help yourself to a delicious spread from our taco caterers and build your plate just the way you like it. No assigned dinner times—just good food, great company, and plenty of time to enjoy the evening!
Dance, Play, Stay Awhile
1:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Whether you’re up for dancing, playing games, or just hanging out, feel free to enjoy the evening your way!
Campsite and Chill
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
For those camping with us, feel free to head back to our campsite after the celebration wraps up. We'll keep things relaxed into the evening—hang out, unwind, and enjoy the evening however you'd like.

Who’s ready for a friendly kickball game? After breakfast, join us for a friendly game of kickball to close out the weekend! Teams will be randomly drawn to keep things interesting. Will you be #TeamBride or #TeamGroom?

Staying the whole weekend is totally optional, but if you’d like to join us, we’ll be camping from Friday to Sunday. When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please let us know by September 1, 2025 so we can plan accordingly—especially for food and camping logistics. Thanks in advance!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony will start at 11:00 am. Please give yourself a 30 minute buffer for parking and walking over to the Wedding Gazebo.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dressy casual - think relaxed but refined. Sundresses, midi dresses, jumpsuits or chic separates for woman; dress pants or chinos with button-downs or sweaters for men. Jackets and ties are optional. Practical footwear is recommended for outdoor terrain (girls, I'd highly encourage block heels, booties or boots).

Yes, of course—it's a park, and families are welcome! We just kindly ask that little ones are supervised during the ceremony and first dance so everyone can enjoy the moment. Thank you!
