Lucky in Love

While having a lot of the same friends, our paths didn’t cross until a couple years ago. Frank tells me he still remembers the first time he saw me & asked one of our friends “Who is that?” I was oblivious to him liking me because we were all friends so I never thought anything of it but he pointed out after the fact that he would always gravitate towards me when we all got together. After one night of drinking & hanging out with everyone he made a move- it must’ve been the liquid courage🤣in the moment it took me by surprise but something about it felt right. Days later he had asked me if I wanted to have a scary movie marathon & I remember being so nervous because we had never hung out one on one before. The more we talked the more comfortable I felt so we went on a few more dates & I really started to like him. He’d do sweet things like leave me flowers & coffee on my door step on the way to work in the morning & leave me sweet text messages. Something was different about him & it was something I had never experienced. While some people might think we moved a little fast I knew that Frank was the one. I fell in love so deep, I knew the universe couldn’t keep us apart & I knew that this was the man I wanted to spend forever with. Fast forward to November 25th, 2023 & he asked me to marry him & that was the start of forever❤️

I can still remember the first time we met, its a day I will never forget. Labor Day 2022 she walked through the door and I just had to know who she was. I could feel a something strong pulling me towards her I knew there was something special in store for us. I spent the next months trying to coming up with a plan to make her mine, I would naturally gravitate toward her every night we would all hang out. I nearly ruined my plan but I knew I had too be careful not to make it awkward for every one, finally April 1 2023 I got the courage and the plan with the perfect cover of a prank incase it failed. I proceeded to butcher the plan but it some how worked, for days and weeks following we would hang out everyday. I would do little sweet things and make the corniest jokes I could think of just to see her pretty little smile, as time went on our connection would grow stronger. Some say people fall in love fast but I fell the first time I saw her smile, 2 years later and our connection grows deeper everyday as I find new things to love about her and can't wait until I say I do.
