Ryan and I have known each other for years. Our sisters were besties in high school and Ryan and my cousin were besties then as well. He recalls coming to the "Miller Reunion", a family gathering my mom's family have had every year since I was a baby. I don't recall him being there at the time but he does. I guess you could say Ryan and I officially met in February of 2024. Shout out to our friends Gene and Ashley Anderson for that. Remind me to give them a shout out at the reception as well as promised. :) Ashley kept telling me that I just had to meet Ryan! At the time I lived in Charlotte, NC so I brushed it off since I did not live close and did not plan on moving back to Marshall County. However, as the saying goes, if you want to hear God laugh, tell him your plans... We are extremely thankful for those plans of his!! :) We met at Ashley and Gene's one night to hang out. We all talked, laughed A LOT (if you know Ryan, enough said) and the rest is history. Ryan and I never stopped talking after that and I bet I have laughed every day since then and I thank God for that. Our favorite past time is spending nights together on the patio, dancing, talking, and arguing over what we will name our children. We can't wait to see what God has in store for us and we are thankful and blessed to do life together.
