it's about damn time!

Mike and Karlie met at work, though they worked in different departments. They would occasionally pass in the halls and as expected, Mike was always finding ways to make things awkward. Through friends, Mike was able to find an excuse to slide into her DMs to wish her a happy birthday and ask her out for wings and beer at The Hub The rest is history! Their first date was in June 2017 and the wings were just ok!

The couple took a trip to California for a romantic getaway that ended in the least romantic way possible: the Disneyland parking lot. Mike, choosing to forego the easy route of proposing INSIDE Disneyland, opted instead to propose in the parking lot at the end of the day. Although it was just the two of them, it was a momement they'd remember forever. The exciting part came next as they waiting for dinner at Bubba Gump's Shrimp Co, they got to spread the news all their friends and family! Then Karlie proceeded to take pictures of her left hand for the rest of the weekend.
