The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow time for seating.

Black Tie Western. Formal gowns, suits, and elevated western elements are encouraged. Boots and statement pieces are welcome. Denim is permitted, but we ask that it be your best. No. Due to venue policy, strictly no glass containers are permitted. Security will not allow glass inside the venue. Please transfer beverages to non-glass containers prior to arrival.

Yes. Guests are welcome to capture photos and brief videos from their seats. We kindly ask that all devices remain on silent and that you refrain from stepping into the aisle or obstructing the view of our professional photographers. Most importantly, we encourage everyone to be fully present and share in the moment with us.

The ceremony will be held outdoors in the amphitheater at the venue, weather permitting. The reception will follow indoors.
