San Diego Zoo
The San Diego Zoo is located in Balboa Park. The zoo houses over 12,000 animals of more than 680 species and subspecies. It is the most visited zoo in the United States.
Balboa Park
San Diego’s beautiful Balboa Park beckons visitors with its 18 museums, striking Spanish Colonial Revival architecture, gorgeous gardens and sprawling green spaces. You will be able to find a whole lot of fun at this 1,200-acre wonderland in the heart of San Diego.
SeaWorld San Diego
SeaWorld San Diego is located in Mission Bay Park. It is a theme park, water park, and adventure offers exciting rides, up-close animal encounters and much more.
Liberty Station
Liberty Station is a large commercial development that sprawls across the grounds of a former naval training center. It’s home to stylish bars, restaurants, and boutiques, as well as Liberty Public Market, filled with gourmet eateries and shops. There are also art galleries and several small museums housed in Spanish Colonial Revival buildings. Along the waterfront, NTC Park has grassy lawns and bike paths.
Old Town State Historic Park
Old Town is a state protected historical park in the Old Town neighborhood of San Diego. The park commemorates the early days of San Diego; it includes many historic buildings from the period 1820 to 1870. During the wedding weekend they will be having their annual Day of the Dead celebration.

In order to try to alleviate some stress on all our loved ones traveling to us for the weekend we have blocked off some rooms for you to reserve via our wedding venue. There will be a shuttle from the casino resort to the venue as well. Please note that you will need to scroll down to November to view the discounted rates. If easiest you can also call the Sycuan Reservations line at (619)445-6002 and mention the Smith Wedding to receive the discounted rate. You are able to reserve rooms until October 3rd at the discounted rate. After October 3rd, rooms will be released from the block and will be based on availability.
