Airbnb or VRBO
We recommend staying in one of the many vacation rentals available in the area through Airbnb or VRBO. Set your search for Caspar, CA and you will see options closest to the ceremony venue. Set your search for Mendocino, CA and you will see options closest to the reception venue. If a more traditional hotel experience is something you are looking for, consider Fort Bragg. Mendocino offers spectacular Bed and Breakfast options if this interests you. If you are looking for specific recommendations, please see some of our selections below.

Transportation
When booking your stay, please take note that we will not be providing shuttling services for our guests. Uber and Lyft are not reliable in these areas. Please plan accordingly as your safety is our priority ... and we like to party.
House Or Rental
Jug Handle Creek Farm and Nature Center
This is the location of our wedding ceremony. Noah and Kara, along with their wedding party are staying in the larger Victorian farmhouse. They offer glamping style cottages, but pay close attention to their bathrooms, not all cottages have their own. Some of them are newly constructed with kitchenettes (totally our style).

Nicholson House at Beaujolais Mendocino
This accommodation is attached to our reception venue so no travel is necessary to get "home" after a fun evening. It boasts some chic, luxury interiors that Kara is a fan of.

You can fly into either SMF or SFO. Please anticipate a 4 hour drive with either selection.

Stay tuned for a formal invitation that will outline all of this information for you! We ask that you dress in semi-formal attire. Something worth noting is that it can be cold in Mendocino this time of year. Dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes!

There will be beer and seltzers during cocktail hour. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Beautiful Garden with soft lighting and heaters. Bring comfortable shoes and a layer.
Woodfired pizzas, salad, wine, and beer, followed by cookies for dessert.

Kara's favorite coffee of all time: dirty chai latte with a peanut butter cookie. Noah's favorite combo: half sweet vanilla latte with a snickerdoodle.

Ask for a picnic basket and enjoy your food by the beach at no extra charge! Simply return the basket when you're finished using it.

Such a nice walk with beautiful views.

Another great view of the headlands, and just across the street from our ceremony venue.
Pacific Star Winery
A little bit of a further drive North, but the views are incredible. Noah surprised Kara with a trip for her birthday before a surprise party back at camp. .
