There will be an outdoor cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. Reception is indoors.

We have a block of rooms reserved for our guests and arranged for the hotel to shuttle guests to and from the wedding venue.
Flight
Kansas City International Airport
If flying, we recommend flying into MCI. It is within 10 minutes of both the hotel and venue.

Try some Kansas City BBQ!
When in Kansas City, a must is to try some local BBQ. Our favorites are Q39 and Joe's BBQ. If going to Joe's, we recommend popping down to the original gas station location on Mission Road in Kansas City, KS to get the authentic experience!
The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art
Spend a day at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art! Admission is free with limited free parking or a paid parking garage on site.
River Market
There are lots of fun shops and restaurants at the River Front. The City Market holds a farmers market every Saturday and Sunday that we love to walk around at. Hop on the Kansas City Streetcar for free transportation throughout downtown Kansas City!
