We first met on a dating app. We both thought it would be the best way to meet new people. With our busy schedules and us focusing on work, it seemed like the best way to meet new people. It was by chance we both picked the same app. Neither one of us had any idea how that one choice was going to change our lives forever. Our first connection was short and sweet. We talked about our lives, our background and things we liked. We soon realized that we wanted to take a chance and see if we could keep the vibe going in person. We made plans to meet at the Cheesecake Factory because it was one of our favorite restaurants. Kandice came dressed business casual and I came in my CES work gear. I left work and drove right over to meet her! I fell for her right then and there. We hit it off…!!! It was very easy to talk to her and her smile lit up the room. We both did not want the night to end. But we both had work in the morning and we decided to call it a night. We kept talking every day, texting each other and discussing our lives. When it was time for the Superbowl, I had a party and invited my family over. I asked Kandice to come to meet them and see how things go. Who would have known that at that point True love and Gods plan for us would start. This was the beginning of our forever. We're best friends, lovers, confidants, and each other's biggest supporter. Our love is unconditional, unwavering, and strong. We're so happy to take this life journey together and thank God each day for bringing us together.
