Wedding Attire: Traditional Indian wear or semi-formal Western attire is perfect. Think suits, dresses, sarees, lehengas, kurtas, and dhotis. Kindly avoid pink, ivory, and light green, as these colors are reserved for the bride and groom. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the winery grounds, so please plan for grass and weather.
8:45 AM – Start of the Wedding Ceremony We’ll begin the day with the Baraat, a lively Indian wedding tradition where the groom arrives in a festive procession filled with music and dancing. All guests are welcome to join the celebration as it leads into the wedding ceremony. Lunch to follow

4:30 PM – Cocktail Hour Join us for a refreshing cocktail hour set in the stunning grounds of the winery. Enjoy the beautiful views, sip on drinks, and mingle with fellow guests as the sun sets over this picturesque venue. Please plan for weather. Reception to Follow Following the cocktail hour, we’ll move into the Viansa's hall, where the real celebration begins! Get ready for an unforgettable evening with delicious food, music, and dancing as we celebrate this special day together.

Our hotel room block is now sold out, but you can still book a room directly through the Hotel Petaluma website. We'll be providing shuttle service to and from the reception exclusively from this hotel. Our welcome dinner will be hosted at Brooks Note Tasting room, just a 10-minute walk away.

To help everyone stay connected during the wedding celebrations, we’ll be creating a WhatsApp group for all our guests. We’ll share any last-minute updates and let you know when each event is starting. Please keep an eye out for the group invite about a week before the wedding!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We will be providing shuttle service only for the reception from the designated hotel. Transportation will not be provided for the ceremony. You may be able to use a rideshare service like Uber to get to the venue from the hotel, but availability in the area can be limited—especially during peak hours. The best option is to bring or rent a car. There will be ample parking available at both the hotel and the venue.

While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Since it’s taking place at a winery, we kindly ask that you make arrangements to leave the kiddos at home and enjoy a night off with us!
