The Reno-Tahoe airport is super easy to navigate and centrally located in town! If you are staying at the Peppermill Casino they offer a free airport shuttle service to and from the casino. Airport to Peppermill The shuttle departs every half hour from 4:15 AM-11:45 PM and picks up at the North exit of the Baggage Claim area. Peppermill to Airport The shuttle departs every half hour from 4 AM-11:30 PM and picks up at the valet area outside the Hotel Lobby. Uber and Lyft available around the area as well!

Please note the wedding venue is around 30 minutes from the Peppermill Casino. Although there are Uber/Lyft options available (it could cost $100+ round trip to get to venue and back) you may consider renting a car! Especially if you plan on coming for the long weekend and exploring the area or driving up to Lake Tahoe for the day!

Guests should arrive at 4pm! That’s 30 minutes before the ceremony. Guests are welcome to have a pre-ceremony cocktail on the lawn while they mingle and wait for the ceremony to start!

Yes! There is ample parking available at Tannenbaum. If you choose to drive to the venue and have a little too much fun (drinks) at the reception, the venue has allowed our guests to leave cars overnight if needed to Uber or get a ride home instead!
