The ceremony will be held in the courtyard on the patio, please enter through the iron gate in the stone wall to the right-side of the main entrance and take a seat. The cocktail hour will be in the Pub immediately after the ceremony. Guests will be seated in the Potter Room for the reception, please look out for your name on the seating chart.

Next best option to the hotel with the room block. As of July 1 there were 10 rooms left for our weekend. The website on Google Maps does not direct to the correct hotel, we would recommend calling to book. This hotel is 1.5mi down the road from the hotel with the block!

A shuttle will run from the Hampton Inn hotel to the Beeches twice starting at 3p. All guests should plan on arriving by 3:45p so the ceremony can begin promptly at 4:00p.

A shuttle will be available for guests returning to the room block hotel after the reception. The first shuttle will board at the venue at 9:00p, the second will board at 10:00p when the reception is over.

Bald Mountain
For those looking for a classic, Adirondack, east-coast, fall hiking experience (right around peak leaf season too!) it doesn't get better than Bald Mountain in Old Forge. Easy and accessible, short distance with great views, and a fire tower! No switchbacks out here, straight up over roots and rock, pack accordingly.

Yes, there is a shuttle to and from the room block hotel (Hampton Inn Rome). Pre-ceremony there will be two shuttles starting at 3:00p, post-reception there will be two shuttles, one at 9:00p and one at 10:00p.
