Our pride reception brunch will be held on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Good Stock in Piedmont, Oakland. Address: 4200 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611.

Upscale brunch is the vibe. Think: linens, florals, breezy fits, and bold colors. Kentucky Derby minus the lavish hats. (And yes, comfy shoes—there’ll be sand underfoot!)

Is this the ceremony?

Answer

No, this is a brunch reception—a relaxed, joyful celebration with food, drinks, and good company. We'll be getting legally married at SF City Hall on Friday, June 27 during the public pride ceremony—let us know if you'd like to attend that, too!

Can I bring a guest?

We're keeping it to 50 people right now with a mix of close family and friends. Let us know if you'd like to bring an extra guest.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Absolutely. Expect a delicious brunch that includes vegan, vegetarian, and meat empanadas, salad, and of course, wedding cake. We'll also have yerba mate, cocktails, beer, rosé, and champagne!

Is the event outdoors?

Yes! The reception takes place in the Good Stock garden. There will be various awnings with shade, though there are areas with sunlight—dress for the weather and wear sun-friendly clothing.

Where should I park?

There's plenty of street parking available in the neighborhood. Uber and Lyft are another option to avoid parking.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, so yes, bring them! Just let us know in your RSVP. Small note: there's a cactus garden, so keep a close eye on them.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 10:00 AM sharp, and we’ll kick off brunch shortly after. Come hungry and on time! Just a heads-up: since it’s Pride Sunday, San Francisco will be pretty packed. Be sure to give yourself some extra time to get over to Oakland!

Will there be dancing?

Not quite, though there will be music and good vibes. We're saving our legs for pride parties in the city shortly after!! We'll be going to either Juanita More's pride party or Purple Disco Machine at the Great Northern (or both).
