Kala Marie Flynn & Zackerus Burks

Kala and Zack began their journey in 2021. They met while both working at The Salvation Army Homeless Drop-In Center in Utica, NY. Despite most of their workdays being chaotic, they found solace in each other. Somehow, despite their shared habit of running late, meeting each other felt like perfect timing. From the start, there was an undeniable bond—not only between them, but also between the most important people in their lives... their kids and, niece's and nephew who are like their kids; Zack's 8-year-old daughter, ZayLynn, and 6-year-old niece, Amarianna and, Kala's 3-year-old niece, Kahlani, and 8-year-old nephew, Tristan. Their love is built on laughter, adventure, and spontaneous car rides, with music and travel always keeping them inspired. As they continue to grow in their relationship and careers, they are beyond grateful to have family and friends by their side on this journey. As they embark on this new chapter, Kala and Zack are excited to celebrate their love with all of you!
