How We Met Our story began on Christmas Eve of of 2019 at a Baskin Robins since nothing was open, but Josh doesn’t even like ice cream. Their second date was at the movies. Katie knew from that moment that this man would be someone special in her life. Josh had recently moved back to Michigan and Katie had recently moved back downriver. It took a little time of them dating and figuring out their lives back in their home towns. During this time Josh became Katie’s best friend and the person she knew no matter what she could count, no matter what was going on in the world he was always there for her. The Proposal 8-19-2022 To Katie’s knowledge her and Josh were going on a little date to get out of the house. She thought they were going to the park where they take their kids a lot just to go for a walk by the river. When Josh and Katie arrived Katie had noticed electric scooters that they had been wanting to try and told josh that they should go ride them. It was fun and they are fast (if you see them somewhere seriously try them)! Josh hit a bump in the sidewalk and almost fell off. Along the way they stopped in front of some man’s house to admire an eagle. Back to the park they went to walk near the river and Josh proposed next to the water in front of the beautiful willow tree. We cannot wait to spend our wedding day with you.

Maid of Honor
Olivia and Katie have been best friends since the 4th grade when Olivia was the new kid in school. If you know Katie then you more then likely have met Olivia a time or two. If one of the was in trouble when they were younger the other was somewhere close by. Olivia is more like a sister then a best friend. I couldn’t imagine our wedding day without my best friend standing by my side.
