Our Story
Kaitlyn and Santi’s story began at Regis College, sparked by a simple moment that neither of them knew would change everything. One morning at breakfast, Kaitlyn unknowingly caught Santi’s attention. Determined to find out who she was, Santi asked around until he learned her name—and soon after, added her on Snapchat. What started as casual conversations quickly turned into something more. Just one day later, they decided to hang out in person. From the very beginning, Santi was clear about his intentions. Early on, he told Kaitlyn, “I want something serious—if you’re just looking to be friends, let me know now.” That honesty set the tone for a relationship built on trust, intention, and deep connection. Two months later, Santi planned a scavenger hunt that led Kaitlyn to the lighthouse at Ned’s Point in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. With the ocean as their backdrop, he asked her to be his girlfriend on May 19, 2021—a moment neither of them will ever forget. Fast forward to September 23, 2024. Santi planned a trip to Martha’s Vineyard, a place especially close to their hearts and one they had made a tradition of visiting together each year. Surrounded by everything they love, and standing once again in front of a lighthouse, Santi asked Kaitlyn to marry him. Of course, she said yes. From a college breakfast to lifelong love, their journey has been guided by intention, adventure, and a little bit of fate—and they can’t wait to begin this next chapter together.

The ceremony will take place at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Fall River, MA at 2pm The reception will take place at the Atlantic Resort of Wyndham in Middletown, RI at 6pm

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
If you are a guest at the Atlantic Resort at Wyndham, transportation will be provided. The bus will arrive at the Wyndham at 12:45pm. If you are not a guest at the Wyndham, please ensure you are at the ceremony 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

There will be limited parking at the ceremony space, street parking will be available. The reception space has plenty of parking available for guests

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held inside the church. Cocktail hour will take place outside at the Wyndham, reception to follow inside the venue space. Please plan accordingly.
