Are hotel blocks available?

Yes! We have reserved room blocks at two hotels and have been given discounted room rates at additional hotels. Please be sure to refer to the Travel section of our website for this information. Please also note that the Super Girl Surf Festival is taking place the same weekend, so hotels may fill up quickly. We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible.

Due to venue constraints, we cannot accommodate additional guests that are not listed on your invite.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive 20–30 minutes early. Catholic ceremonies start right on time — and we don’t want you missing the “I do!” moment.

Do both venues have onsite parking?

Answer

Saint Paul’s Catholic Church offers a designated on-site self-parking lot for guests. Private 131 does not have designated parking available. Guests may use Jacksonville Beach public parking, which is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A large public parking lot is located directly behind Private 131, with the entrance accessible from 2nd Avenue N.

Is there shuttle service between venues?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle service provided between the ceremony and reception. Good news — it’s a short stroll! Private 131 is just 0.3 miles (about an 8-minute walk) from Saint Paul’s Catholic Church. We encourage guests to enjoy the quick walk if the weather is nice, but driving is also perfectly fine.
