There is NO parking permitted at The Sequoia Retreat Center; a shuttle service will be provided. If you are staying at the Sheraton or Hilton Hotel, Please arrive at your hotel waiting area at 1:15. The shuttles from the hotels leaves at 1:30. If you have any trouble contact Kelsa- 831-216-8546 For those who will not be staying at one of the preferred hotels, a shuttle will be available to pick up guests at St Peter & Paul Church Parking Lot (9980 Hwy 9, Ben Lomond, CA 95005). Look for the Bray Wedding sign for the reserved parking lot. The circulating shuttle pickup starts at 2:00 If you have any trouble contact Kelsa- 831-216-8546 Circulating return shuttle starts at 7:30pm to 10:00pm from Sequoia Retreat Center to the hotels and church parking lot.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Answer
We invite you to RSVP online at Zola or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation. You do not need to do both.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
There is no parking available at the wedding venue. There will be a shuttle service available to drive guests from three designated locations to the venue. More details to come.

St Peter & St Paul Church parking lot directions

9980 Hwy 9, Ben Lomond, CA 95005 Turn into the parking lot between the sign for the church and the sign showing the distances to Brookdale, Boulder Creek, and Saratoga. Use any of the parking spots in the smaller parking lot that is located on the left side of the church.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Depending on the weather, a majority of the wedding will be outdoors. There will be outdoor heating.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
The wedding is a semi-formal event. Please dress in warm layers and wear comfortable shoes.

What will the weather be like in the area?
Answer
In Ben Lomond in April, the high is in the low 70s and the low is in the 40s. The wedding venue is located in the redwood forest so expect cold weather.

Are animals allowed at the wedding?

Unfortunately, no fur babies are allowed on the property.
