Question
Can we take pictures at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you please refrain from taking any photos at the ceremony. Don’t worry, will have two photographers there and we will be sharing the photos with all of you after! Photos are welcome and encouraged at the reception!

Can we invite people that are not on the RSVP list?
Answer
Unfortunately we ask that you do not invite unspecified guests, our venue has allowed space for a set group of people, meaning there is only so much seating and food for invitees! We hope with our early invitations, this will give you enough time to plan in advance. We appreciate you and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. (If you have any questions or need any clarification please reach out to Kaia!)

Dress to impress! While also keeping in mind the ceremony will be on a sandy beach!

Where do we park?
Answer
There is free parking at the beach, please keep in mind that it is a public beach and non-attendees may be there enjoying the beach as well, so please plan ahead for parking or carpool if you are able! There is also free parking at the reception. Please do not park in front of the fire hall behind the town hall as they need this for emergency!

When should we arrive?
Answer
Please make sure to plan ahead when it comes to travel time to ensure you arrive safely and in a timely manner! Arriving 15 minutes prior to the ceremony is ideal!

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Answer
A little bit of both! The ceremony will be taking place outdoors at the Knife River beach. The reception is taking place indoors at the Duluth Township Town Hall. (In the unfortunate event of rain, the ceremony will take place at the town hall and all guests will be notified in this case.)

Yes! The reception will have food provided by Louise’s Place Cafe! (Vegan and vegetarian options available)

Yes, wine and beer will be provided during the beginning of the reception!
