Use the booking link (click “View” below) or give a call to get access to our block rates for the “Genga Fairhurst Block.” Also, we will have a shuttle running from the hotel to the wedding venue. **Important Note** Because our wedding is on a holiday, this block is a 2 night minimum (July 3 - July 5). Also if you are looking to book elsewhere (AirBnB, etc. ) we suggest booking ASAP. This holiday is a biggie in Newport. Though we do not have a room block there, we can also recommend, across the street from the Sonesta: The Quality Inn & Suites Middletown-Newport (936 W Main Rd, Middletown, RI 02842). Thanks so much! By what date should I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than March 4, 2025. (Update: We know USPS had some crazy delays, so if you could RSVP by the 15th or so, that would work for us!) If you do not RSVP by then, respectfully and with all our love, please bring a sandwich and a chair.

Is there on-site parking?
Answer
Yes! There is on site parking, however, if you are planning on imbibing, we ask that you please plan ahead to avoid driving under the influence. To help, we will also have a shuttle to the Sonesta Select Newport Middletown for those who choose to stay there. Thanks so much!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel?
Answer
Yes! We'll have shuttles to and from the hotel several times throughout the evening. More information will be coming soon!

Is the building handicap accessible?
Answer
Because this is a historical venue, there is no elevator to the guest floors. However, if you are attending the ceremony, cocktail hour or reception, they can accommodate. Please let us know if you will need accessible options.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Just your general wedding attire works for us. Cocktail attire or something similar works great. We can't wait to see all your beautiful faces!

WE WISH. But unfortunately they are not. Please leave your beautiful fluffy creatures at home.
