Welcome Boat Ride!

Nice casual - You will be outside on the water, so it may get a little chilly after sunset. Consider more comfortable footwear and a light jacket.
Please be on time - the boat will be leaving the dock at 6:45pm! Street parking or paid parking is available but we would recommend rideshares from the hotel. Recommend paid parking is at the South Harbor Garage located at 10 Congress St. We will have light appetizers but recommend that you have dinner before we set sail. There are some great restaurants located nearby. Beer and wine will be hosted initially and will transition to a cash bar; cocktails will be available.

Wedding Bus Transportation
3:15 pm - 3:30 pm
Transportation will be provided to the venue from the recommended hotels. Buses will pick up at the front of the Sonesta Hotel and Marriott Hotel at 3:15pm - they will depart promptly at 3:30pm. IF YOU ARE TAKING PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION - please be at the venue by 3:50pm. There is a 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony. Please follow the driveway to the front of the house.

Semi Formal - Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in a garden, so we recommend avoiding stiletto heels.
Please aim to take your seats at the ceremony by 4pm. We will begin the ceremony at 4:15pm. There will be a cocktail hour to follow, then dinner, than dancing!
After Party

Continue dancing with us... Bus transportation will go directly from Long Hill to the restaurant. There will be late night bites available! Bus transportation will be provided at the end of the night. Shuttle departs at midnight for Sonesta and Marriott for guests who are ready to leave. Shuttle departs for Sonesta ONLY at 1:30am. You should arrive back at the hotel by 1:45am. If you are not attending the after party, bus transportation will be available to take you to either the Sonesta or Marriot Hotel following the reception at 10:30pm. Please get on BUS#1 and it will drop off at BOTH the Sonesta and Marriott following guests getting off for the AfterParty.

While we love you and your little ones, our wedding and reception will be for adults only.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
The venue is limited in size. If your invitation says “and guest,” you are welcome to bring a plus-one. Otherwise, we’re keeping the guest list intimate.

What should I wear on the boat?
Answer
The dress code is smart casual. Keep in mind that you will be on the water, so there may be a bit of a sea breeze.

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail. The ceremony and reception will take place on grass, so we recommend comfortable shoes or wedges, if you plan to wear heels.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

Please arrive at 3:50pm before the ceremony begins to ensure you have plenty of time to get settled. The ceremony will start at 4:15pm.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Yes, bus services will be available between the hotel and the venue. The schedule page will be updated with more information closer to the wedding date. There is also parking available at the venue, if you elect to drive.

What if I take my own transportation?
Answer
There is parking available at the venue. The main parking lot is located up the hill on the left, consisting of two levels. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site. If you decide to Uber or Lyft, please direct your driver to the designated drop-off area at the top of hill. Otherwise, drivers may mistakenly drop off at the entrance gate.

Can I smoke or vape at the wedding venue?

Smoking and vaping of any kind is not permitted on the property and must be done in the paved parking lot area.

Can I explore the gardens?
Answer
Yes! The property is open to the public from 10am until 4pm if you would like to explore the gardens or the surrounding walking trails. During the wedding, please be mindful of the garden spaces and stay on the walking paths; we will be fined for any damage to the plants or buildings.
