What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:00pm is invitation time & we will start the ceremony promptly at 4:30pm. It is in our coordinator's full right to ask any guests who arrive late to wait outside until the ceremony is finished.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Given the capacity of our venue, we have a limited amount of guests able to attend. For that reason, please do not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

How do I RSVP and by when?

Answer

Once we send out the formal invitations, there will be a QR code where you can RSVP. Once we open our RSVP, we kindly ask that you confirm your attendance by August 2nd, 2024. If you, or anyone in your party, are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While we are praying that the weather will allow us to have a fully outdoor wedding, our venue also has a beautiful indoor option. We should be able to get a better idea as we get closer to the wedding day.

How will the seating work?

Answer

During the ceremony, guests can sit whichever side of the wedding aisle they like! On entry to the wedding reception, there will be a seating chart showing your table number.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We are having a strict "unplugged" ceremony. We are asking that all phones are silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture our day and we would hate for their shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Are there any nearby hotels?

Answer

Yes! Under the "travel" section of this website you can find details of nearby hotels. These are the ones closest to the venue but you are more than welcome to stay somewhere else of your choosing.

What happens if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by August 2nd, it will be marked as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue at a set date and thus cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope that you understand!
