Thank you for joining us! We are excited to get together and celebrate our big day! We would love to have everyone join us, but our guest list is limited to the booked venue amount. We kindly request no kids under the age of 14 in attendance. Please RSVP no later than 30 days before the wedding date so we can make sure to be fully accommodating to you and your guest!

For our out of town guest if you would like to get your room booked please click -view- to take you to the hotels website and select the date of our wedding to show the rooms available under our party at a discounted rate. All guests will need to list a credit/debit card on file with the hotel to book, but will not be charged until the day of upon check in. Please be advised you MUST book 30 days prior to the wedding date or the pre-booked rooms and price will be lost and will be the at the hotels full price and availability. Valet parking will be included for our guests but limited to one vehicle per room. If you have any issues please feel free to call the hotel and reference our discount code. Thank you!

where is parking for the ceremony/ reception?
Answer
Parking will be on the back side of the venue and marked for your convenience.
Question
Is there a designated place for smoking?
Answer
Yes, there will be a few designated places for you to smoke and or vape. Per venue rules there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the building or underneath the patio.

Can I add someone who is not on the invitation list as a plus one?
Answer
If you do not see their name as a plus one, please reach out to let us know so we can add them to our list and table chart accordingly. Please be advised we are limiting our guests to one extra guest as our guest count is limited. Thank you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We requests guests to wear darker fall colored formal clothing. We prefer no bright colors. And as a courtesy please NO WHITE (for full outfits).

Will there be transportation to the hotel?
Answer
We unfortunately do not have a service taking people to and from the venue and hotel. If you need a ride or carpool for safety/ drinking reasons please inform the bride and groom.

Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same place?
Answer
Yes, our wedding will be held entirely at one venue with a centrally heated/ A/C indoor area and a covered patio outside to keep everyone sheltered from Florida's lovely weather.

Will there be an open bar option?
Answer
Our bar will be completely free for our guests. We do suggest to please tip the bar tender.

Are children allowed?
Answer
As stated above due to our limited guest count we are not allowing any children under the age of 14. You WILL be asked to leave if you bring smaller children. We apologize for any inconvenience.
