We are staying at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel however, there are lots of options to choose from if you’re looking for a hotel close to the venue!

How should I get there?

There is very limited street parking so we recommend getting an Uber or a taxi to the venue. Casino Taxi phone numbers are 902-425-6666 or 902-429-6666

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, unfortunately we cannot extend our invitation to your children. If your children would like to attend the reception they are most welcome and we would absolutely love to see them!

What time should I arrive?

As the ceremony starts promptly at 4:30, we ask guests to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior. Downtown Halifax can be quite busy (and full of construction and one-way streets) so please take that into consideration.

Where should I sit?

Sit wherever you feel most comfortable! We have no groom’s or bride’s side as this is the beginning of the combining of our families!

When will we eat?

Answer

The ceremony is followed by a cocktail reception at which point the wedding party will be getting photos. Dinner will follow at approximately 6:00pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to the limited capacity of the venue,we unfortunately cannot extend your invitation to a plus one.

You bet we will be! There is a cash (cards also accepted) bar on site.

We do not have a registry as we would prefer a contribution to a honeymoon or the purchase of a new home. The best gift we could ask for is your attendance!
