Unfortunately due to venue capacity, we cannot accommodate anyone not listed on the RSVP.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes, we are excited to share our day with our family, including the kiddos. But if you'd like to hire a sitter and dance the night away without the kids, that's okay too! Due to venue capacity, we can only include children in the family listed in the RSVP. We do ask that guests are mindful of their children and keep a close eye on them for safety reasons, especially at the reception.

What if I am not Catholic…can I still attend the Nuptial Mass?

Of course! We welcome all to attend and witness our Holy Matrimony at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. As a reminder, only Catholics in a state of grace can receive Holy Communion during Mass.

Where can I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at two local hotels (available for 1 or 2 nights). Please see the Hotel/Travel section for information and links. If you are looking at other options such as Airbnb/Vrbo/etc., we recommend staying in Cedar Park/Jonestown/Lago Vista for convenience and proximity to the wedding events.

I am flying in for the wedding. What is the closest airport?

Answer

For our out-of-town guests flying in, we recommend Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (airport code AUS). It is located approximately 35 miles from the wedding venue.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

The Nuptial Mass is scheduled from 2:00-3:00 PM and the reception begins at 5:00 PM. Our out-of-town guests can use the time to check in to their hotel if they have not done so, or take a short break before heading to the venue. For our local guests attending both the Mass and reception, we recommend visiting a local shop to grab a coffee or refreshment. A few nearby options include Starbucks, HTeaO, Dumont Creamery & Cafe, Mojo Coffee, Andy's Frozen Custard. The reception venue is located approximately 15-20 minutes from St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church as well as the Cedar Park area.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) on your RSVP by answering the poll questions so we can let our caterer know.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire for the Mass and reception: For the gentlemen: a suit or dress shirt/dress pants. For the ladies: a cocktail dress, a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. As a reminder, those attending Mass should dress modestly.

Where should I park at each location?

Answer

St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church has open parking. At Villa Antonia, parking/guest attendants will greet you and direct you to which lot to proceed to. You can take one of the walking paths from the parking lots to the venue or you can catch a golf cart that will shuttle you to your car before and after the event.

Will there by handicap parking?

Answer

Both St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church and Villa Antonia have designated handicap parking spaces. Upon arrival to Villa Antonia, you can let the parking attendant know you need accessible parking, and they will direct you to parking lot #1 where handicap spaces are located right next to the venue entrance. The main level of the venue where most of the event takes place has ramps for accessibility. To access other areas of the venue, golf cart attendants and venue staff can assist with temporary ramps and guidance.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Wedding Ceremony will take place indoors at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Our reception will take place mostly outdoors at Villa Antonia, an Italian-inspired venue nestled amongst the breathtaking landscape of the Texas Hill Country. There are many areas to explore, from the lower level rose garden up to the bell tower overlooking the entire venue. We recommend wearing shoes that allow you to go up and down stairs in order to experience everything.
