What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at 3pm. There is a lot to do before the early sunset, so the ceremony will start at exactly 3:30pm.

Where should I park?

The parking lot is to the left immediately after the venue. There will be lot attendants to assist. Parking is free.

What do I wear?

Answer

The dress code is dressy casual. The venue is ranch style and outdoors. Both the ceremony and the reception will be on grass, so plan shoes accordingly. Your favorite western boots encouraged! Don’t forget a jacket, it could be a chilly night. Heaters will be provided.

What’s for dinner?

Beautiful charcuterie boards will be served during cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony. Dinner is buffet style wood-fired tri-tip and chicken, macaroni and cheese, garden salad, and dinner rolls. Drink selections included iced tea, cucumber infused water, and a coffee bar. There will be an open bar with select beers and cocktails. The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!
