Arrival Time & Parking

Arrival Time: 2:30 P.M. The venue has a designated parkade for all attendees, where you may park until 11:00 A.M. the following day. Local taxi cabs will be available on the day to take you to your booked hotel or Airbnb (at your own expense). We kindly ask that you do not drive or park on the venue’s grass.

While we adore having your little one with us, we kindly ask that the occasion be ADULT ONLY. (With the exception of flower girls, ring and bible bearers.)

Outside alcohol is not permitted. We will be hosting a “Toonie Bar”, where alcoholic beverages will be available for $2.00 each when purchased at the bar. Please bring cash—preferably exact change—as no change will be provided. An ATM will be available on-site if needed.

We have hired a professional team of photographers and videographers to capture every moment of our special day. Please note this will be an UNPLUGGED EVENT. We kindly ask all attendees to limit device use and fully enjoy the celebration with us. Rest assured, there will be plenty of time to take pictures with the bride and groom later! Thank you!

Cell Signal & Wi-Fi

Our venue is in a remote location. Please expect a little-to-no cell reception on the day, and there will be no public Wi-Fi. We encourage to coordinate your plans ahead of time.
