Is there a dress code?

Yes! Our dress code is Garden Cocktail. Remember to check the weather and dress accordingly. Idaho can still be hot at the end of September.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully ask that children under 12 years of age are left at home. While we love your kids, we do not have the capacity to entertain them at our venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is guest parking available on site. The parking lot is located on the North side of the building. We recommend carpooling to limit the amount of traffic and dust at the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Sort of! We will cover the first couple of drinks for each guest of age. Guests will be able to purchase additional drinks through the mobile bar once the limit is reached.

Is there a hotel block for out-of-town guests?

Answer

We currently do not have a hotel block reserved for out-of-town guests, but we do have a few recommendations! There are many hotels situated along the river in Eagle, ID, which is located halfway between our wedding venue and downtown Boise. The Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites are two options with direct access to the river, greenbelt, restaurants, and shopping. Most of our family and friends are located in Meridian, ID, which is also about halfway between our wedding venue and downtown Boise. There are many hotel options off of Eagle road, all with easy freeway access for those traveling to and from the Boise Airport. Staying in downtown Boise is also an option! While there are many things to do and see downtown, this location is the farthest away from our venue. By car, the travel time to our venue is anywhere from 45 min to 1 hour depending on traffic.
